Meet 70-year old southern belle Dorris Payne. The industrious senior has used her southern charm for serious criminal benefit. In fact, her criminal resume is so impressive that a movie, about her life as an international jewel thief, is in the works and set to star one Miss Halle Berry. Payne, aka 22 different aliases, was recently caught stealing a rain coat from a Saks Fifth Avenue in Southern California.
